Zumba with Gwen Allan
Zumba is a fun and energetic dance workout designed for everyone — all ages, all fitness levels, and all backgrounds. It combines easy-to-follow dance movements with upbeat music, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where the focus is simply to move and enjoy.
Gwen Allan’s classes take place on the Playa Flamenca Promenade every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 09:30 to 10:30. This is one of the most social and welcoming outdoor fitness sessions in the area.
Fitness Dance / Tabata with Claudia Fit
This class combines dance fitness with Tabata-style high-intensity interval training. It is designed to improve endurance, strength, and cardiovascular performance while keeping the session energetic and motivating.
Claudia Fit hosts sessions on the Playa Flamenca Promenade every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00. It is ideal for participants who enjoy a more intense and structured workout.
Ashtanga Yoga with Paul Kundiss
Ashtanga Yoga is a structured and flowing yoga practice that links breath with movement. It helps build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.
Paul Kundiss teaches Ashtanga Yoga every Thursday from 09:00 to 10:00 on Playa Flamenca Beach (September–June). Practising on the beach adds a calm, natural energy to the session.
Yoga for All (Free) with Paul Kundiss
Yoga for All is a gentle and accessible practice suitable for everyone, regardless of age or experience. It focuses on mobility, relaxation, breathing, and light stretching.
These free community sessions take place every Sunday from 09:00 to 10:00 on Playa Flamenca Beach (September–June), offering a peaceful start to the day.

Yoga / Tai Chi / Pilates with Summer
This class combines three complementary disciplines: yoga for flexibility, Tai Chi for balance and flow, and Pilates for core strength and posture.
Summer runs sessions every Tuesday from 09:00 to 10:00 on Playa Flamenca Beach. It is a calm but effective full-body workout in a beautiful outdoor setting.

During the summer months, this mixed class continues every Sunday from 09:00 to 10:00 (July–August) on Playa Flamenca Beach. It is a perfect way to start the day before the heat builds up.
