For years, my wife and I thought about finding a place in the sun - a home where we could enjoy life outdoors, spend quality time with family, and truly live, rather than just work and wait for vacations. Like many people, we assumed this was something to consider “later,” perhaps after retirement.

Then life reminded us that waiting is not always an option. The unpredictability of the world, especially during the pandemic, made us rethink everything. Why postpone happiness? Why not design a life we love right now?

That’s when we took action. Instead of just dreaming about a future in Spain, we made it a reality. We chose Costa Blanca - not just for the sun and sea, but for the lifestyle, the sense of community, and the opportunities it offered us and our children.
